Jeff Chadbourne

Jeff Chadbourne has been the President of the Harmony Free Fair for 23 years and has served on the MAAF Board of Directors for the past 7 years. 

A native of Harmony, Jeff grew up volunteering with, what was then, the Harmony Labor Day Fair. Jeff and a group of dedicated volunteers have expanded the fair from a 1 day event held in the elementary school parking lot to the Harmony Free Fair, a 4 day fair on a 14 acre lot with multiple buildings and events. 

Jeff wears many hats supporting his community. He volunteers with the Harmony Cares food pantry and on the Harmony Fire Department. He is a retired EMS paramedic and still volunteers on the local ambulance service. 

Now that he is retired, Jeff enjoys attending other Maine fairs both large and small. In his “spare time”, Jeff raises beef and pork on his small farm in Harmony where he resides with his wife, Mel, and they raised their 3 adult children and several foster children.
